I am Millie or Nene (my Japanese name). I’m a mama of two boys and currently living in Kauai with my little family.
For over a decade, I’ve explored healing through food, yoga, Reiki, meditation, and energy work. Things began to shift during my first pregnancy, when I started accessing the quantum field and the Akasha, and connecting more deeply with Spirit and the unseen realms.
